LIGHTING FOR INTERIORS

– Ark. Brunilda Basha

Since its inception, light has been a fundamental aspect of architecture. Lighting can achieve much more in man than simply illuminate space. In addition to impacting energy efficiency, good lighting with well-lit work areas is critical for enhancing visual performance, comfort and the environment as a whole. It is proven that light has a positive impact on the health and well-being of the individual.

In addition, choosing the right lighting means increasing the aesthetic value of your environment. Gernot Boehme defines lighting as part of the new aesthetic. Light is a common aesthetic that surrounds us and serves as a backdrop to our lives. But we can’t always give it the attention it deserves, or sometimes we’re just unsure what lighting to use.

First of all, choosing which color of light is most appropriate for a given environment should be deliberate, not random. The most common error in interior lighting is choosing the wrong color temperature of light and unintentional use of light sources with multiple shades of white in a room – this creates an imbalance and a negative sense of space. The lighting colors in all rooms in an indoor/building space must be constantly mixed to create a unified whole. Some of the lighting types we have selected for the reader this month and can be easily and healthyly incorporated into the indoor environments of an apartment, house or apartment are LED Lighting, Hanging Lighting, Smart Lighting and Fixed Wall or Ceiling Lighting.

LED LIGHTING

LED lighting is becoming one of the most popular modern interior design options. LEDs not only mean cost-effective, but are also a safer alternative to incest lights. Unlike conventional bulbs, which are dangerous if they break down, LED lights are created without the harmful chemical mercury. Usually led lighting for homes is bright, with darkening options available to create different feels in different rooms. One of the most important features of LED lighting is its controller.

THE PENDANT LIGHT (PENDANT LIGHT)

The term “pendant light” refers to a ceiling-mounted lighting device with only an integrated lamp. Especially in the dining room sections, pendant lighting is growing in popularity and use. Pendant lights are an excellent option for focused lighting. The fact that a pendant device lowers light from the ceiling and places it closer to the counter, table, chair or anywhere else you need is one of its many advantages.

SMART LINEAR LIGHTING

These types of lighting are used in many different residential locations, including bedrooms, living rooms and snouts, in addition to galleries and exhibition lounges. As the lights and technology that supports them progress, so too does the art of light-striped design that seems to cut a space or define the edges. There is a linear system for everything, turning walls and ceilings into canvas, allowing you to create any atmosphere or energy you want in your project. The wall or ceiling of a house can be turned into a work of art using linear lighting.

LIGHTING FIXED TO THE WALL

A wall installation of a lighting fixture is an ideal option especially if you want to save space in the room. This is because the lighting is mounted with the wall that acts as support. These lights, which are often pointed upwards, date back to the pre-modern era when devices similar to these were used to hold candles and torches. Scones are a classic type of light fixture that can blend in with lighting and other interior design features in any room of your home.
