Located at the main roundabout in Lushnje, the MarDen Tech Showroom is a complete architectural transformation of an existing three-storey residential building into a contemporary commercial landmark.

The design approach seeks to redefine the building’s identity, enhance its visibility from the surrounding urban context, and establish a strong commercial presence at this prominent location.

The façade is conceived as a bold architectural frame that emphasizes simplicity, transparency, and contemporary expression. Grey aluminum cladding unifies the existing structure into a coherent monolithic volume, while expansive glazing enhances visual connectivity and reinforces the building’s commercial character. A contrasting entrance portal creates a distinctive focal point, strengthening brand recognition and guiding visitors toward the showroom.

Through a careful reinterpretation of the existing building, the intervention transforms an ordinary residential structure into a recognizable architectural statement, where visibility, material contrast, and architectural identity become the defining elements of the design.
